Shipping & Returns/Exchange Policy

SHIPPING:

Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for order processing. Items ship through Canada Post and should arrive in 10-15 business days. 

If you have selected lettermail, items are stamp shipped and NOT TRACKED. Some packages may take several weeks based on distance (ie packages shipping to BC will take longer than within Ontario) 

If you selected TRACKED shipping, items will be shipped with expedited tracked shipping.

If your item qualifies or free shipping, it will be shipped with expedited tracked shipping. 

Local pick up in Napanee Ontario will be coordinated by email following the processing time of 5-7 business days. You will receive an email letting you know your item is ready for pick up along with pick-up address. 

‚Äč**Addresses are input as they show on your completed order. If attempts are made to ship your items and are failed due to incorrect shipping information, orders will be cancelled, refunded and a restocking fee will be applied, plus any charges applied to have the item returned to us from Canada Post. ¬†

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Returns:

Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving product.

Manufacturer defects: We stand behind the quality of GHG, so if you have a piece that has broken, or is damaged we will replace it or refund you the amount paid. Please be prepared to send pictures of product, or to send it back. 

Refunds outside manufacturer defects (sizing, colour, changed mind, etc) must be returned in original condition with tags/packaging and will be issued a store credit for the amount paid, minus shipping. 

Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. 

Exchanges:

Apparel: If it’s a sizing / colour issue, where you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to send you the perfect fit - shipping both ways falls upon the customer. Please refer to the sizing charts in each listing to help choose sizing. 

Other GHG merchandise: Cannot be exchanged, please see return policy. Must be returned in original condition with tags/packaging.

Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
