Made of nickel-free stainless steel.

One size, can be tightened to make smaller by carefully squeezing closed. (Doing this repeatedly may jeopardize the integrity of the metal)

Each bangle comes with GHG engraved on the other edge. (as shown in pictures)

I have ordered multiple silver and this one was gold. Slightly disappointed as there is a black dot within the writing. The message is not as clear as the previous ones I had ordered.
